Part 4/8:
Participants were guided into the frog pose, a foundational posture intended to stimulate and balance the sacral chakra. Executing 26 rapid repetitions, practitioners combined deep, conscious breathing with movement and mantra. This heightened awareness focused energy around the sacral area, promoting fluidity and vigor.
Following the repetitions, a brief resting period allowed for grounded integration of the energies cultivated during the exercise. Emphasizing dynamism, the repetition of movements was encouraged to create a powerful flow of energy.
