Transitioning to the floor, pelvic lifts were introduced as the next exercise. Positioned on their backs with knees bent, practitioners engaged their core while lifting the pelvis toward the sky. This exercise served both to strengthen the lower body and align the energies from the sacral chakra upward through the spine.
Mula Bandh, or root lock, was incorporated to amplify energy circulation and deepen the engagement with the body. The flow of breath corresponded with the lifts, allowing participants to feel the visceral connection between their movements and the unparalleled energy of the sacral chakra.
