Next, we warm up the spine with gentle rotations known as the Sufi Grind. Shifting from right to left, we engage in meditative movement designed to free the Shushumna channel – the primary energy pathway running up our spine. Concentrating on these intentional movements prepares our body for deeper energetic work.

As we move forward, we incorporate the Ego Eradicator again, enhancing it with smaller rotations and paired movements to stimulate the flow of energy even further. This integration allows us to delve deeper into our breath and foster a deeper connection to our chakra centers.
