Heart's Delight Kriya: Energizing the Anahata Chakra
Welcome to today's yoga practice, focusing on the Heart's Delight Kriya. This engaging session aims to open the Heart Center, energize the Anahata chakra, and enhance balance and focus.
Tuning In
We commence by tuning in with the Ai Mantra, repeating it three times while centering ourselves. Adjust your posture: sit up tall with your spine straight, chest open, and chin slightly tucked. Bring your hands into prayer pose at the heart center, taking a deep cleansing breath in, followed by a deep exhale. We initiate the Adima with a collective chant: "Om Guru Guru," inhaling deeply and momentarily holding the breath before relaxing our hands.
