Next, we hold the Guon Mudra. The left arm reaches up at a 60-degree angle, while the right is pointed down. Maintain this posture for five minutes, continuing to apply the Mulabandha, while focusing on long, deep breaths. Keep your gaze steady and your posture aligned, enhancing your breath’s flow through your energy centers.
Final Meditation
In the concluding meditation, position the left palm facing outward behind your back and the right palm at the heart center. Channel energy from your heart chakra, breathing deeply and being aware of the subtle energy exchange between your hands. This serene meditative state allows you to feel the love, joy, and healing from the heart center.
