In an easy seated pose, practitioners grasped their ankles, moving the spine forward with an inhale and backward with an exhale. The focus was solely on the spinal movement, encouraging participants to be aware of their bodies and the flow of energy through the spine.
As the sequence progressed, participants moved into a rocking pose, flexing the spine further while mentally vibrating with each breath. This action not only stimulates the spine but deepens the connection to the heart chakra, fostering emotional openness and energy release.
