However, authentic yoga, particularly the Kundalini aspect, refers to four original schools: Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga. Each represents a unique pathway for spiritual development rather than mere physical training.
Raja Yoga stands for the control of the mind. It encompasses self-realization through practices like meditation, introspection, and contemplation.
Karma Yoga emphasizes the purification of the heart and dissolving the ego through acts of service, shunning the misinterpretation of karma associated with past lives.
