Midway through the session, the group transitions to a chanting practice designed to repair and rejuvenate the mind and body. The repetition of specific mantras while positioned forward in prayer mudra fosters deeper connections with the spiritual aspects of healing. This practice integrates breath, sound, and the physical posture, enhancing energetic flow and promoting relaxation.
