Lisa begins the session by welcoming participants and urging them to subscribe to her channel while explaining the Kriya’s purpose. The practice, known as Korean Kriya, serves as a morning energizer and is suitable for individuals with limited time. This Kriya subtly engages the energy centers, or chakras, through distinctive exercises that may produce unique sensations.
Preparation for Meditation
Attendees are guided to settle into an easy pose, placing their hands in Gyan Mudra on their knees. With closed eyes, they are invited to focus on silence within themselves, creating a peaceful mental environment. The session commences with the chanting of the "Adi Mantra" to center oneself before diving into the physical components of the practice.
