Our brains are wired with established neural pathways, often shaped over many lifetimes. To initiate transformative change, we must alter these pathways. This is accomplished through the different movements and techniques practiced in kundalini yoga. If we encounter feelings of inertia or resistance while practicing, it may stem from our subconscious resisting change.
Every experience—whether overwhelming or understated—becomes a marker of progress. As we work through these experiences, we begin altering our neurology. The journey often involves persistence, but once established, these new pathways can lead to positive outcomes like prosperity, fulfilling relationships, and a calm approach to life's unfolding circumstances.
