In this pose, practitioners engage in the Gyan Mudra—with index fingers touching the thumbs, resting palms on their knees. This mudra is believed to enhance wisdom and clarity, aligning well with the energies represented by the sixth chakra.
To conclude the session, participants engage in a series of three long "Sat Nam" chants, integrating the idea that truth is our identity. This closing ritual is performed with deep breathing and focuses on projecting the mantra outward, reinforcing the connection to self and the universe.
