The heart of the session is a dedicated Kriya aimed at enhancing intuition. Based on teachings from Yogi Bhajan, the session reminds practitioners that everyone has the innate ability to experience intuitive impulses, which Western culture often suppresses or misinterprets. Kundalini Yoga offers tools to recognize, access, and strengthen this natural faculty.
Participants are guided to stand and adopt a powerful stance, engaging in a practice known as Breath of Fire—a rapid breathing technique designed to invigorate and energize. Adapting this technique according to individual needs, such as during menstruation, reminds attendees to honor their bodies as they cultivate their practice.
