Warrior I and II: Transition into Warrior poses, expanding your stance and drawing energy up from the earth, interweaving movements with intention and breath.
Cultivating Stillness and Inner Wisdom
After an energizing sequence, allow your body to find stillness.
- Seated Butterfly Pose: Shift into a seated position with the soles of your feet together. If comfortable, place a block under your forehead to bring awareness to the third eye center.
