After a reflective period, participants are gently guided into relaxation through chanting. The Gyan Mudra is introduced, which promotes balance and focus, as they chant a series of sounds aimed at balancing their energy. This final stage of the practice encourages a peaceful state of being while celebrating the connection to the sixth chakra.
