Concluding with Inner Peace
The final segments consisted of a series of postures that recognized and celebrated the body’s capabilities. Lying on the back for the stretch pose and subsequently engaging in the breath of fire technique served as an energetic conclusion, invigorating the body while bringing awareness to the core and balance.
Practitioners then enjoyed a brief period of relaxation, encouraging a sense of calm and stillness while inviting thoughts of inner peace and clarity.
