Next, Brett introduces the “frogs” exercise, where participants transition into a small squatting position, looking down at their knees and breathing deeply. This movement mimics the natural pumping of energy, akin to drawing water from a well, which facilitates the flow of energy through the lower energy centers to the brain.
The “frogs” set the stage for a forward fold, inviting participants to bend their knees and allow their upper body to relax and dangle. Following this, participants are guided to engage in a slow spinal roll up to a standing position, gently awakening the body and preparing for an energetic release.
