Tapping into the Seed Sound
A crucial part of the meditation involves using the seed sound associated with the sixth chakra, which is represented by the sound "Mmmm." By voicing this sound, practitioners begin to resonate with the energy of the third eye center. The reverberation of this sound is perceived as illuminating the mind, much like a floodlight enhancing the space between the eyebrows.
