Different standing postures are explored, including warrior poses and humble warrior poses, with participants encouraged to focus on their breath and the sensations in their bodies. The flow of movement aims to create a harmonious balance, inviting participants to trust their intuition in each transition.
Meditation and Visualization
Towards the end of the practice, Aon leads a meditation focusing on visualizations of the color purple, symbolic of the Third Eye Chakra. Participants are encouraged to immerse themselves in their inner truths and connect with their higher selves.
This meditative state serves to reinforce their statement of truth, such as "I trust my knowing; I have clarity and focus,” enhancing a sense of tranquility and confidence that extends beyond the yoga mat.
