Standing Poses and Balance
Moving into standing poses, Nico instructs participants to walk their feet to the front of the mat for a forward fold, reminding them to lengthen the spine as they inhale and melt forward on the exhale. Participants are encouraged to engage with their body’s capabilities, potentially challenging themselves by coming up on their tiptoes.
