To embark on this experience, one is encouraged to find a comfortable seated position, ideally in a position known as Sukhasana (easy pose). The hands rest on the knees in a gesture called Gyan Mudra, where the index finger touches the thumb, fostering a connection to the divine. With the eyes gently closed, participants are invited to lift the crown of their head, embodying stability and ease.
The Essence of Breath
Breathing is emphasized as a vital component in this practice. The instructor prompts participants to engage in longer, deeper inhalations and exhalations. This rhythmic breathing serves to relax both the body and mind, inviting a sense of happiness and bliss into the practice. Each breath is a step toward unlocking the potential that resides within the Crown Chakra.
