Breathing into the Third Eye
One key exercise introduced is the Nadi Shodhana breath, or alternate nostril breathing, utilizing the Vishnu mudra. Participants place their index and middle fingers at the forehead’s center while alternating nostril closing with the thumb and ring fingers. This breathing technique not only assists in balancing energy within the body but also provides a deeper awareness of the breath and its connection to the third eye chakra.
