As each breath is taken, practitioners focus on energy moving through the central channel of their bodies, known in yoga as the Shushumna, allowing them to deepen their connection to the third eye. This process highlights the importance of visualizing breath—imagining it traveling from the base of the pelvis up to the third eye and then back down, creating a cycle of energy flow.
Movement and Meditation
The session includes gentle physical movements, wherein participants sway in small circles while focusing on the third eye. This encourages an organic connection to the body, integrating breath with movement, and promoting a state of mindfulness.
