Balancing and Focusing
The practice further incorporates balance poses like Eagle Pose to enhance focus and clarity. This pose requires significant concentration and balance, encouraging participants to fix their gaze on a focal point beyond their arms. This aspect ties back to the third eye chakra’s qualities, as maintaining balance becomes exponentially easier when our minds are clear and focused.
