When you are ready to exit the pose, inhale and lift your head, anchoring your weight into both legs. Begin to rise from your core, maintaining your gaze on your fingertips, and bring your hands back down to your heart center. Step forward with your right leg and transition back into the standing pose, known as Tadasana.

Repeating the Flow

Next, repeat the sequence by stepping your left leg back and maintaining your posture. Just like before, ensure that both legs are straight and your hands are positioned in the steeple formation. Lift your gaze toward your fingertips, taking a deep breath in to stretch further as you elongate your torso.
