Movement and Breath
The first physical exercise involved standing up, bending forward until the spine was parallel to the floor. With knees straight but not locked, participants grasped their knees and engaged in a standing Cat-Cow motion. This combination of inhalation and exhalation helped elongate and contract the spine, providing a gentle yet effective massage that released physical tension.
