Deepening the Breath
As the energy began to shift, the session transitioned into more calming exercises. The instructor guided participants through wrist rotations and deep breaths, encouraging mindfulness and awareness of one's physical state. This gentle process helped to alleviate stress and restore balance in the mind and body.
