Beginning with the right leg raised at a 90-degree angle and the left leg hovering six inches off the ground, participants are instructed to maintain this pose while breathing deeply for one minute. The challenge escalates as the left leg is lifted further to nine and then twelve inches, testing endurance and breath control.

After a one-minute hold, participants are encouraged to relax for two minutes in Shavasana (the corpse pose), allowing their bodies to integrate the energy generated from the core work.
