On Day 24 of our Kriya series, we engage in a rejuvenating session titled "To Keep Up Spirits." This practice is designed not only to balance the body but also to uplift the mind, enabling us to face daily challenges with resilience.
Opening with Connection
We commence our practice by tuning into ourselves through a sacred chant. The traditional mantra, expressed with the phrases “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo,” serves as a bridge to connect our inner selves with the universe. As we chant, we focus on our breath, inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly, establishing a mindful presence.
