Standing postures follow, providing grounding and stability. With legs hip-width apart, we bend backward and forward, opening the heart center and engaging the entire body. The instructor guides us into wider stances, elevating the energy further, before coming together in a tighter stance that tests our balance and focus.
Closing Sequence and Reflection
As we conclude the session, a gentle neck roll and a brief lying meditation allow us to integrate the practices. The encouragement to bring the legs to the chest and roll from side to side fosters relaxation. We come back to a seated position, thanking ourselves for the intense yet rewarding practice.
