Part 6/7:
Progressing to Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), practitioners were invited to engage their glutes and core, throughout the practice, relaxing their bodies into calming stretches such as Happy Baby Pose and Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose). Each stretch brought participants into a state of deep relaxation, allowing them to release tension accumulated throughout the practice.
Closing Rituals
As the session concluded, the group blended relaxation with gentle movements into Matsyasana (Fish Pose) and restorative twists that promote spinal flexibility. The closing moments invited yogis to express gratitude for their bodies' capabilities, summing up the spiritual and physical journey that unfolded throughout the class.
