Starting with Centering and Breath
The session begins with centering the mind. For a few moments, practitioners are encouraged to sit up straight, close their eyes, and engage in deep breathing through the nose. This practice establishes a connection between the mind and body, allowing individuals to tune into their needs and intentions, setting the stage for the physical activities that follow.
