In wrapping up the day, participants come together in Prayer Pose, symbolizing unity and connection. They chant “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo,” reinforcing blessings and gratitude for the journey they are on.
As the session concludes, the instructor invites everyone to reflect on the day’s work. With a final affirmation of “Sat Naam,” participants leave with a sense of empowerment and readiness to face the remaining days of the program with vitality and gratitude.
