The sequence begins with forming a mudra (hand gesture) by placing the right hand atop the left, interlacing the thumbs. Leaning forward at a 60-degree angle, they engage in long, deep breathing, which targets the liver and kidneys, stimulating these vital organs while fostering a feeling of release and relaxation.
