This session did not involve any creative postures but emphasized deep breath control and posture alignment, setting the foundation for a rejuvenating practice.
Getting Started: Grounding and Centering
Begin seated comfortably on the floor, ensuring the sitting bones are firmly planted. With an open chest and shoulders, participants were guided to inhale slowly, allowing the prana—life force energy—to fill the lungs. This deliberate breathing technique helped participants become aware of lung expansion and encouraged a steady posture during exhalation.
