Engaging the Body: Stretching and Twisting

After a brief moment of grounding, the session progressed to gentle stretches. Participants were instructed to fold their right leg and lean towards the left, relaxing body tension at the left hip joint. This was followed by a spinal twist to the right, aimed at opening the right shoulder and lung. The emphasis remained on controlled breathing, encouraging the positive effects of the stretches on the body.
