Part 2/6:
We start the day with a heartfelt acknowledgment of every participant—recognizing their dedication and resilience to stay committed to this month-long practice. This day promises not just a closure but a revitalization as we delve into a yoga Kriya that aims to balance all ten bodies from the physical to the ethereal.
Kriya for the Ten Bodies
As we begin the Kriya, our instructor leads us through the breath work that has become synonymous with calming the mind and centering the spirit. Participants are guided to rub their hands together, initiating energy flow, and then placing their hands at the sternum to harness this energy. The incorporation of breath work sets a tone of mindfulness as we prepare to engage with the physical body through various yoga poses.
