Getting Started with the Practice
The session begins with cultivating a comfortable seated position. Practitioners are encouraged to cross their legs, anchor their sit bones, and ground themselves firmly on the surface beneath. With closed eyes and a gentle tuck of the chin, participants engage their posture and energy by drawing their shoulders back and down, allowing the heart to open.
