Flowing into Cobra Pose
Next, we lie on our stomachs, placing hands beneath our shoulders to lift into Cobra pose. This position encourages us to engage our lower back muscles while stretching upwards. With a disciplined focus, we alternate between lifting and relaxing, squeezing our glutes to amplify the stretch and maintain strength in our practice.
