The session begins with an emphasis on tuning in to oneself. By rubbing hands together in a gesture of prayer, practitioners stimulate energy channels within the body, known as Nadis. Closing one's eyes and focusing on the third eye enhances the meditation experience, welcoming a state of mindful awareness.
Participants are guided through an intentional breathing exercise, known as Kundalini chanting, where the mantra “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” is repeated. This invocation seeks to connect individuals with their inner wisdom. Practitioners are encouraged to set their intentions, directing their breaths and energies towards manifesting desires and visualizing life changes.
