Concluding with Relaxation and Gratitude
After an intense session, the practice culminates in the deeply restorative posture of Shavasana, or the Corpse Pose. This resting phase allows the body to integrate the work done, healing and rejuvenating the body and mind. Emphasizing the importance of balance, the session encourages practitioners to surrender to their inner selves, spreading their consciousness across various dimensions.
Participants are reminded to cultivate gratitude for their efforts and achievements throughout the practice. As they roll off their mats, many feel a sense of transformation, energy, and lightness that embodies the practices shared.
