Breathing and Meditation
After completing a series of physical exercises, participants are called to a seated posture for a breathing Pranayama meditation. In this segment, they practice alternate nostril breathing, further balancing the body’s energies. This meditative state is punctuated with intentional breath patterns, reinforcing calm and clarity of mind.
