With hands placed in prayer pose at the center of the chest and eyes closed, participants are invited to draw inward. The tuning mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, is chanted three times to invoke a divine presence, grounding the practice in a spiritual framework.
This invocation serves as the prelude to an intentional breath, wherein the practitioner sets clear intentions for the session. Whether it is transformation, clarity, or awakening new potentials, the focus of one’s desire is projected through the third eye, ensuring a purposeful practice.
