Part 6/7:
After completing the dynamic exercises, participants are led back into an easy seated pose to find stillness. With hands resting on shoulders and intentional side bends, practitioners redistribute energy within their bodies, facilitating balance and alignment.
As the practice draws to a close, participants are encouraged to settle into a meditative state, holding onto Mulhband (root lock) and focusing on their third eye. This stillness promotes introspection, allowing for an exploration of the silence and awareness that arise from within.
