The warm-up leads us to stretch the left arm upwards with the palm facing the sky while the right hand forms a Gyan mudra, encouraging deep inhalation.

Next, we replicate this stretch on the opposite side, raising the right arm and continuing with long, deep breaths. This exercise not only stretches the arms but also promotes circulation throughout the body.
