This motion helps drain the lymph nodes, particularly in the groin area, enhancing detoxification. We then press our hands into the earth positioned about eighteen inches from the groin, maintaining straight arms for more significant impact.

Transitioning into a froggy position, we bring our heels together and alternate between squatting down and rising back up, synchronizing our breath with our movements. Following this, we perform a Downward Dog pose, fostering spinal flexibility and calming the mind.
