The first series of exercises encourages participants to embrace their physicality. With dynamic movements synchronized to music, participants are guided to explore their capacity for expression through physical exertion. Through repetitive motions that focus on the upper body, we are actively shaking off the stagnation that often accompanies a sedentary lifestyle. This "ecstasy of movement," in essence, encourages the release of both physical tension and the emotional baggage we might carry.
