Following a brief rest, Adell introduces the option to either repeat the back bend or transition into what’s known as Camel Pose. With your right hand reaching for the right heel and the left hand for the left heel, this pose allows you to open the chest even further while engaging both heart and solar plexus.
Remain in this heart-opening stretch for approximately a minute and a half, focusing on intentional breathing and remaining aware of the energy activated within your body. Allow the breath to flow and exhale to release any excess tension.
