Part 6/7:
After completing the Breath of Fire, the practice shifts to a calming Baby Pose, also known as Child's Pose. By bringing the knees hip-width apart and heels together, practitioners are guided to shift the hips back while relaxing the forehead on the ground.
In this restorative position, participants are encouraged to take long, soothing breaths into the back body. This final relaxation encourages the release of stress at a deep physical level, allowing all the work done during the session to take root.
