The mantra's soothing vibrations resonate deeply within, setting a meditative state and reinforcing the practice's intentions.
Completing the Practice
As the session winds down, gentle neck rolls facilitate relaxation, and participants are urged to bring their palms together again in a prayer pose. In a final unison of breath and intent, the mantra "Sat Nam" is repeated, reinforcing a sense of brightness and light within.
