A unique and invigorating drumming on the abdomen accentuates the connection between physical touch and energy work. Participants are reminded to keep the drumming pleasant, as it stimulates the nervous system and promotes relaxation.
Eventually, the session leads toward the rock pose, combining breath with movement flow. This exercise not only bolsters physical strength but also encompasses mindfulness as participants engage in a fast-paced stretch sequence that culminates in a sense of accomplishment.
Meditation and Closing
As the session winds down, participants transition into Easy Pose, where they settle into a meditative state. With hands positioned in Gyan Mudra, they focus on inward reflection, breathing deeply and closing their eyes to enhance their connection to self.
